TJSL Alum Derek Paradis is one of Higgs Fletcher & Mack’s New Partners

Congratulations to TJSL alum Derek Paradis, who has been made a partner at Higgs Fletcher & Mack. Paradis’ practice focuses on business litigation, employment law, and hospitality and retail. He has extensive experience litigating claims brought by individuals, and class plaintiffs in both state and federal court. He also provides compliance advice and counsel on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship to clients in the hospitality industry including hotels, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Paradis was elected to the San Diego County Hotel-Motel Association Board, which supports the local tourism industry, and he serves on the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the San Diego County Bar Association.
