At a time when the legal profession has constricted and law schools have begun to shrink in size, the importance of maximizing new and existing alumni relationships is essential. Traditionally, the involvement of alumni in supporting and providing financial contributions to their university has been crucial for maintaining and expanding an institution of higher learning’s development. Alumni have also served as “ambassadors” in promoting the institution’s image and brand to prospective students through invaluable word-of-mouth marketing among their social and professional networks.
