Things to do in San Diego: The Korean taco truck
September 22, 2010
What do you get when you take marinated Korean-style beef (bulgogi) and turn it into tacos? Pure deliciousness, that’s what. The Korean taco trend started in Los Angeles a year ago, and has been sweeping the country. (The New York Times wrote about it just a few months ago. Really!) Here in San Diego, you can usually find the Korean taco truck at the corner of Regents and Noble in the late afternoons. Don’t wait too long, though — they usually run out of bulgogi around 7:30 or 8:00 every night. Buen provecho!
