Professor Simon Speaks at Cardozo Law School in New York
March 23, 2011
On March 21, Professor Brenda Simon traveled to New York to present her paper exploring the control of information in patent law at Cardozo Law School. In the piece, entitled “Patent Cover-Up,” Professor Simon argues for a quality assessment defense to patent infringement.
The Cardozo IP & Information Law Program invites scholars to visit the law school to discuss their current research in intellectual property with faculty and students.
“It’s always exciting to share your research with a group of students and faculty who are engaged in your area of interest,” said Professor Simon. “I’m grateful for the opportunity, and for the excellent questions and feedback I have received.”
