Judge Johnny C. Gogo nominated as US Attorney

President Biden has nominated Judge Johnny C. Gogo (1996) to serve as the United States Attorney for the Districts of Guam and Northern Mariana Islands. Judge Gogo is a Judge with the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, located in San Jose, California where he has served since 2019. Previously, Judge Gogo served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office from 2001 to 2019 and from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, he was an associate attorney at Calvo and Clark, LLP in Tamuning, Guam and from 1997 to 1999, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the prosecution division of the Guam Attorney General’s Office.
