Grad Earns ASIL Fellowship

Christie Edwards (TJSL ’07) is the recipient of the 2010 American Society of International Law’s Arthur C. Helton Fellowship for international and human rights work. Christie will use her grant to support her legal work with the Association Solidarité Féminine in Morocco, an NGO that provides literacy and vocational training to single mothers. Current Thomas Jefferson students interested in gaining valuable experience internationally are encouraged to apply for the Arthur Helton Fellowship next year (February deadline).
