Brian Findley (’07) Honored as an “Outstanding Trial Lawyer”

Thomas Jefferson School of Law Alumni Board President Brian Findley (’07) was honored on Friday, October 26th as an “Outstanding Trial Lawyer” at the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego’s Trial Stars Dinner. Brian was recognized for his role in obtaining a $5.5 million verdict against a hospital for negligent training and monitoring of its nurses, which resulted in a patient’s death. The case is Paula Eberhardt and Triston Butler v. Anaheim Regional Medical Center, et al.
Brian practices law at Mulligan, Banham & Findley. He is a litigator who handles personal injury, medical malpractice, and a class actions throughout California. In 2016, San Diego Business Journal selected Brian for its Best of the Bar list. Brian serves on the Board of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, among many other community activities.
