-Valet Parking is complimentary for all TJSL guests space permitting (i.e., arrive early and know alternatives). Gratuity encouraged.
-Soda is Complimentary during the Dinner Hour (6:45-8:45 p.m.).
-Each Barristers ticket (non-After Party tickets) includes two complimentary drink tickets for a beverage of your choice.
-Room rates for TJSL guests: $159.00 – $179.00 (regular rate $229.00). Please reserve your room online (preferred) now: https://www.tjsl.edu/sba/events/barristers-ball-2011. You may also call The Westgate Hotel to reserve – request the “Thomas Jefferson rate for Barristers Ball 2011.” Please act fast as this rate will expire. (Available to After Party guests as well).
-The Cocktail Hour and Dinner and Awards Ceremony will occur on the Third (3rd) Floor Terrace. The Dinner and Awards Ceremony will occur under cover and heated.
-This will be a sit-down dinner, thus your food choices are needed in advance.
-The Cocktail and Reception Hour and the Dinner and Awards Ceremony includes a jazz trio and an eight-piece orchestra.
-The Dessert, Coffee, and Tea Room and Speakeasy After party occur on the Second (2nd) floor (Inside space).
-The Second (2nd) floor also includes a FREE photo booth for our guests.
