Victor Vilaplana

Victor A. Vilaplana is a business reorganization and cross border insolvency attorney. His experience includes representing businesses in numerous fields, from medical device companies to agricultural producers to nonprofit organizations in distress. He practiced at Gray Cary Ames & Frye, now DLA, was managing partner of Sheppard Mullin San Diego office, and retired from “big law” practice at Foley & Lardner in late 2021

Victor is a frequent lecturer for various continuing education programs and has authored articles on the administration of multi-national bankruptcies, prepackaged chapter 11 cases and distressed real estate.
