LLM in American Legal System; currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University. Her research focuses on leadership development and organizational justice, providing her with valuable insights into effective management practices within business associations. . Her professional journey has been shaped by pivotal roles at various law offices in the San Diego area and as assistant to the Standing Bankruptcy Trustee for the Southern District of California from 2018 to 2019, where she honed her understanding of legal intricacies and procedures crucial to business entities. Luciana's expertise in corporate governance and advisory services spans diverse industry sectors, from aerospace and defense to telecommunications, further fortified by her MBA credentials. Notably, she has made significant contributions to governance literature, with published works including contributions to the non-profit realm.

At the Maldonado Executive Leadership Institute (MELI), Luciana plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of executive leadership. As the MELI manager, she seamlessly integrates theoretical knowledge with practical applications to equip aspiring business leaders with essential skills and strategic insights. Luciana's commitment to academia extends to her role as a lecturer at esteemed institutions such as California State University, San Marcos, and Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles.

Prof. Simion also serves as an organizational consultant, offering her expertise in business intelligence, strategic management, and executive leadership coaching to organizations worldwide. Her multifaceted expertise in law, coupled with her hands-on experience, positions her as a trusted professor of law and thought leader in the field.
