Nancy Vu

Nancy Vu serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Law School. A native of Vietnam, where she was born and spent her childhood, she received her B.A. in 1977 and has M.B.A in 1979 from the University of Paris/Sorbonne, France. Prior to joining the School in January of 1977, she was the director of financial services for National University, a private university with campuses throughout California. Ms. Vu served as Chief Financial Officer during a period that included the School’s conversion from a for-profit entity of Western State University to a not-for-profit standalone law school and the issuance of multiple tax-exempt revenue bonds. She created and implemented policies, procedures, and internal control standards for non-academic areas at the school. She is responsible for all finance operations including payroll and financial record keeping.
