Michael H. Weiner, Esq. received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2009 graduating cum laude. Prior to law school he received his Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University in Political Science and History.
His practice concentrates on General Civil and Business Litigation; Business Planning, Corporate Formation, Compliance and Transactions; Employment Law (Plaintiff and Defense); Trademark and Copyright Applications; and Franchising.
He has been working with corporations and small businesses for over a decade advising them on how to create, grow, acquire, manage, and protect their assets. Michael has worked with a set of diverse companies located in San Diego including a nation-wide franchisor, technology companies, and small businesses.
Michael has been working in the legal industry since 1997. His prior working experience includes working in the Fulton County, New York District Attorney’s office; Civil Litigation Paralegal in Boston, MA. Additionally, he worked as Law Clerk for The Upper Deck Company, LLC., in Carlsbad, CA and a Civil Business Litigation Law firm in San Diego. He has previously worked for Stilwell & Associates, and was a partner at Stilwell, Weiner, de Vos, LP.
In his free time, Michael enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, following Syracuse basketball, the Celtics, Red Sox and Padres baseball. He is active in various local non-profits, where he serves as President of the Board of Directors.
Michael is admitted into practice in the State of California and before the U.S District Court for Southern District of California and Central District of California.
