Professor Hannah Brown is an associate at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, where she practices intellectual property litigation as well as commercial litigation. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees,  Professor Brown was a law clerk for two federal court judges in San Diego California, the Honorable Janis Sammartino and the Honorable Cynthia Bashant. She is admitted to practice law in California and Colorado.

During law school, Professor Brown externed for the Honorable Marilyn Huff in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and for the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She was a comments editor of the San Diego Law Review and competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Tournament.

At Thomas Jefferson, Professor Brown teaches legal writing.
