Professor Tepedino is the founder and former President & CEO of the Condor Group, a management consulting firm, and the founder and Executive Director of The La Jolla Institute of Public Speaking. He also served as House Counsel at FMC Corporation. Prior to his legal career, he was a U.S. Naval Officer, a U.S. Merchant Marine Officer, and an Engineering Manager with Lockheed Corporation.
He is a member of the bar in California, Oregon, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He also serves as an attorney arbitrator for the California and Oregon state bars and the American Arbitration Association.
