Professor Aruffo is a retired Naval Officer with experience teaching at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center and the University of San Diego.  Post Cambridge, Professor Aruffo worked as an Executive with Barclay’s Bank at their London headquarters, as a Defense Contractor with Glenn Defense Marine, Japan, and Northrop Grumman’s Fire Scout and Global Hawk Unmanned Aerial Systems Divisions.  He currently sits on the steering committee of the Southern California chapter of the Oxford and Cambridge Alumni Association.

Professor Aruffo is the author of the perennial Amazon #1 Best-Seller California Bar Exam Essay Rules 2021, a guidebook for passing the California Bar Exam, as well as Law School Essay Rules, 2021, a guide for students from 1L to 3L and beyond.
